Burnjet Privacy Policy

Every tool on burnjet.com/tools works entirely inside your browser. Nothing you type, calculate, paste, or upload — whether it is numbers, text, code, images, or documents — is ever sent to our servers, saved in any database, or shared with anyone else.

The Resume Builder saves your resume data in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB). This means:

• →Your resume is never sent to any server
• →Nobody at Burnjet can see or access your resume data
• →Your data lives only on your device — clearing browser data removes it
• →We never use it to identify or track you
• →You can export your resume data as a file anytime from within the tool

When you download or print your resume as a PDF, the file is created right in your browser. It is never sent to any server for processing.

Blog posts and articles on Burnjet are publicly accessible. When you read an article, our web server may record basic information like your IP address and browser type in standard server logs, used only for keeping the website secure and running smoothly. We never sell your data or build an advertising profile of you ourselves. Some pages may display ads or affiliate recommendations served by the third parties described below, and those parties handle data under their own privacy policies — see "Cookies & Third-Party Services."

Burnjet saves a couple of small preferences in your browser:

• →Dark/Light mode — so the website remembers your preferred appearance. Stored locally, never sent anywhere.
• →Resume data — saved in your browser’s storage so you can come back and continue editing.
• →Game scores — your best scores and streaks are saved locally so they persist between sessions.

None of the above ever leaves your device. Separately, Burnjet may use a small number of third-party services that set their own cookies:

• →Google Analytics — helps us understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. Does not identify you personally.
• →Google AdSense — may show ads on some pages and uses cookies to personalize them. Some tool pages also carry clearly-labeled "Sponsored" affiliate recommendations; we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you.

These services are run by Google and our affiliate partners under their own privacy policies, not ours — see How Google uses information from sites that use its services for details, including how to opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings. None of these tools ever see the actual content you type into a calculator, the resume builder, or any other tool — that data stays local as described above.

Some pages may contain links to other websites. We have no control over those websites and their privacy practices may differ from ours. We suggest you read the privacy policy of any website you visit from our links.

Since our tools don't collect personal data on our servers, there's nothing stored about you for us to look up, change, or delete. If you've used the Resume Builder, your data is saved only in your own browser — you can remove it anytime by clearing your browser data or clicking the "Delete" button inside the tool.
